Reading this book about anger changed my life because it broke anger down into the "why", "what are the stages", and "how people accelerate" anger. The book explains why I felt that things were "unfair" and how the situation was "intolerable" - and once I knew that I could break through the chaos and bring it into control. I felt empowered with this new knowledge. Don't read this book if you aren't ready gain control of your life. The book gives you practical advice when hitting pillows and going for a walk isn't enough. Don't let anger lingers in your relationships - read this book and take control.
